Off market transfer pursuant to a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) entered into between Tsng Joo Wee* for the sale of 1,999,998 ordinary shares held by him comprising approximately 1.89% of the issued share capital of the Company (Sale Shares) to Ang Choon Cheng, Chen Choon Khee and Tsng Joo Peng* (all whom are directors of the Company) (collectively the Purchasers) in equal proportions of 333,333 ordinary shares to each of the Purchasers on the terms stated in the SPA. |
