Pursuant to the Share Sale Agreement dated 29 June 2009, a total of 8,400,000 ordinary shares were issued to Ecube Electric Pte Ltd of which: (a) 4,000,000 ordinary shares were issue in own name (b) *4,400,000 ordinary shares were issued and deposited with DBS Nominees (Private) Limited pursuant to Clause 7.4(b)(ii) of the Share Sale Agreement.
