The deemed interest comprises the following:-
1. 1,000 shares held in the name of Ang Siew Khim, spouse of Chia Puay Hwee.
2. Chia Puay Hwee holds 65% shareholding in Ecube Electric Pte. Ltd. By virtue of Section 7(4A) of the Companies Act, Chia Puay Hwee is deemed to be interested in the 8,400,000 ordinary shares held by Ecube Electric Pte. Ltd. in the Company.
