The deemed interest comprises the following:-
1. Chia Peck Huan holds 35% shareholding in Ecube Electric Pte. Ltd. By virtue of Section 7(4A) of the Companies Act, Chia Peck Huan is deemed to be interested in the 8,400,000 ordinary shares held by Ecube Electric Pte. Ltd. in the Company.
