(C) ACCOUNTABILITY AND AUDIT
ACCOUNTABILITY
Principle 10: The Board should present a balanced and understandable assessment of the company’s
performance, position and prospects.
In presenting the annual fnancial statements and interim and annual announcements to shareholders, it
is the aim of the Board to provide shareholders with a balanced and understandable assessment of the
Company’s and the Group’s performance, position and prospects. Currently, the Company is required to
release half year and full year results announcements. In view of this, the Management currently provides
the Board with appropriately detailed management accounts of the Group’s performance, position and
prospects on a quarterly basis. As all Directors have access to the Company’s records and all levels of
senior executives in the Group, the Board has no objection to receive such accounts on a quarterly basis.
